The one-year course focuses on the hands-on training from introduction to use of various function keys on digital as well as analog EPABX system. Training is also imparted on communication, diction, and voice modulation along with required knowledge of English knowledge.


Course Content

Communication Skills: types of communications, their advantages, and disadvantages along with skills in letter writing

Computer Operation: Various office suite products along with e-mail and Internet

Telephone communication services/Intercom Operation: Digital EPABX Board (8+41) & Analog System EPABX (4+16)

Braille: alphabets and Grade II Braille contractions


Eligibility

The course is open for male students in the age group of 16 to 30 years with a minimum qualification of SSC.
